About the Council
The Danville-Boyle County Industrial Management Council is an association of local industries and their managers or representatives. The Council was initially formed by the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, Inc., and its President, John Hill Bailey, Jr., in the early 1980s. It has since continued to be an organization of, by, and for the industries operating in the community of Danville and Boyle County, Kentucky. While participation is voluntary and without financial obligation, all local industries are considered members and are encouraged to actively participate.
The Council regularly meets at 11:30 AM on the third Monday of each month for an informal, working luncheon to share company status reports and best practices as well as to discuss issues of mutual interest and benefit to the participants. Through the Council, all industry managers or representatives receive regular communication about news, events, and information from the Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Partnership.Active Participants
