PLEASE NOTE:  This master plan is based on the preliminary plat approved for the industrial park by the Danville-Boyle County Planning & Zoning Commission.  Since the approval of the original preliminary plat, building setbacks in the Industrial Business Development (IBD) zone were reduced to 40' on the street frontage side of the tract (rather than 100' as shown) and 20' on other interior sides.  The final plat for a site will incorporate the current building setbacks.
